Our Academy was created to bridge the gap between education and working behind the chair, giving our New Talent stylists the opportunity to develop their skills, confidence and experience while working with real clients in a professional salon environment.
Every member of our New Talent team has completed their formal hairstyling education and is now focused on gaining valuable hands-on experience and refining their craft. Clients have the opportunity to book select salon services with our New Talent at special Academy pricing, making it a great way to experience Pino’s Salon at a reduced price while supporting the development of an emerging stylist.
